Stacey Browning, former President of Paycor, now Corporate Board Director and Investor, shares her story about leading a fast-growing tech company. She’ll go into detail about how she ultimately transitioned away from that 27-year executive career run and share the implications on identity, performance, and pride. She’ll encourage learnings like:

  • The balance between asserting oneself versus the stronghold of performance
  • How to view yourself as leader who is receptive and ready to be filled by the Spirit and power of God
  • Ways to ensure you “stay empty”, open to God’s direction as you pursue excellence at work

Short Bio about Stacey:

Stacey Browning is a growth-focused tech executive. Having spent over 25 years at Paycor and eventually becoming the human capital management company’s President, she navigated the business through sales, product and geographic expansion, going from 10 employees to over 2,000. Today she is leveraging that experience to help companies improve performance. She acts as a growth catalyst through her own consulting firm, as an investor and by serving as Board Director for firms such as Al. Neyer Inc., 15Five, and Alliance HCM. She is a Board Trustee of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Board Director for a Personal Family Foundation. Her personal drive is to “help others win.”
