Grief Support Group

Have you lost a loved one to death? Are you struggling with strong emotions such as profound sadness, anger, hopelessness, loneliness, or anxiety? Don't grieve alone! Join others on this journey to quiet down these emotions as we take stock of our losses and consider helpful steps to begin rebuilding our lives. This 8 week course is open to individuals 18 and over and will run from Sept 16 until November 11. We will not meet on Sept 30.
