This week, the Vineyard Cincinnati Church Global Outreach Team is in Haiti working with Back2Back Ministries. Check out Janie's latest blog post about their ministry work in Haiti.
Day 3: Monday, May 15, 2017
Today we went to the Rescue of God children's home, which will soon be Back2Back Ministries' newest partnership. There are currently about 23 to 26 kids who live in this children's home — a house that is very tiny for so many.
We split up into two teams, one team built an armoire and the other team painted all of the bunk beds in the children's home.
Once the school day was over, we met the children from Rescue of God children's home for some playtime. Not only was our day full of hard work, and simply being present, it was also a very special day for Back2Back!
After three and a half years of perseverance, Back2Back finally signed off on the purchase of property for their future campus site in Haiti!
God is in full force throughout this ministry! I'm looking forward to seeing a blank canvas turn into an amazing opportunity to transform so many!
