FAQ
I have a child who doesn’t currently attend the Student Union. Are they invited?
Of course! We will have students ranging from weekly attenders to those who might have never stepped foot in a church building. Our messages will be geared to students from any background. Students will be placed in a small group to get to know others in the same grade and gender.
What are the benefits of going to the Spring Thing?
Spring Thing is a chance for students to get out of the ordinary rhythm of school and life to have a deep encounter with God. Memorable moments will be made through games, small groups, response opportunities, and an epic party atmosphere specifically designed to engage your student.
Where will the kids be sleeping?
Students will sleep at host homes provided by the church with other students in their small group and at least two small group leaders. Typically, it will be in a large basement or family room. Every adult (host home and leader) has received a mandatory background check.
