"Uncommon Grace" by Mike Kelsey
Description:
We don't deserve anything good from God. Yet, God gives us grace. Grace is undeserved kindness. Common grace, as an expression of the goodness of God, is every favor falling short of salvation. This undeserving and sin-cursed world has enjoyment at the hand of God. This includes the delay of wrath, the mitigation of our sin natures, natural events that lead to prosperity, and all gifts that humans use and enjoy naturally.
The doctrine of common grace is one of the most significant missing links in modern understandings of Christianity. We have so compartmentalized our lives into “spiritual” and “secular” that we miss out on the endless opportunities God gives us to consciously receive and intentionally reflect His goodness in the world. And yet, we are constantly surrounded by and invited into God’s grace in ways we often don’t recognize.
Join Michael Kelsey as he unpacks the definition of common grace, God's saving grace, and ultimately his eternal grace. You will be humbled, awe-struck, and moved to worship by this inspiring series.
